Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

What happens if something sells out?

Our drops are produced in limited quantities, so some styles may sell out. Follow us and join our email list to be the first to hear about restocks and future releases.

Is shipping free?

Yes. All Founding Supporters receive free shipping during this pre-order event.

International shipping not covered.

Why only two hats?

We're building FTLOS intentionally. We'd rather create fewer pieces we're proud to put our name on than rush to release more just for the sake of having more.
