Orders and Shipping
When will I receive my order?
The Founding Supporters Pre-Order Sale runs from June 26 through July 3. Once the pre-order window closes, we will place our order with our manufacturing partner and begin production.
Manufacturing takes approximately 30 days, followed by international shipping to the United States and final delivery to your doorstep.
Estimated delivery is approximately 6–8 weeks from the close of the pre-order sale.
We know waiting isn't always easy, which is why we'll keep you updated throughout the entire process.
Is shipping really free?
Yes! All orders placed during our Founding Supporters Pre-Order Sale include free shipping.
International shipping not covered.
Will I receive updates on my order?
Absolutely. We believe transparency builds trust. You'll receive email updates throughout production, international shipping, and fulfillment so you always know where your order stands.

Pre-Orders
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve your hat before production begins. Because we're a small, independently funded brand, we manufacture our products in limited quantities after our pre-order window closes.
This allows us to produce intentionally, avoid unnecessary waste, and focus on quality over quantity.
Why are you launching this way?
For The Love Of Smiles was built to create something meaningful and lasting. Producing through pre-orders allows us to grow responsibly while maintaining the quality and intentionality behind every piece we create.
This approach also allows our community to be part of the very beginning of our story.
What happens after the pre-order window closes?
The Founding Supporters Pre-Order Sale closes on July 3.
Production begins with our manufacturing partner.
The completed hats are shipped to the United States.
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped directly to our Founding Supporters.
Products
Are the hats adjustable?
Yes. Both The OG and The ICON feature an adjustable snapback closure designed to provide a comfortable fit for most head sizes.
Will these hats ever come back
As our first-ever collection, these hats will always be special to us. While certain styles or colorways may return in the future, we cannot guarantee that this exact Founding Supporters collection will be reproduced in its current form.
Why only two hats?
We believe in doing fewer things exceptionally well. Rather than launching with dozens of products, we chose to focus our energy on creating two meaningful, thoughtfully designed pieces that represent the beginning of For The Love Of Smiles.
